Creative Kids, Extended Day
& Enrichment Programs 

Brandywine School enables young students to expand their horizons through a variety of Enrichment Programs. All programs that extend the day include students bringing a nut-free lunch.​

Creative Kids & Extended Day Programs 
Yearlong commitments, begin in September

Creative Kids

Who: Pre-K
When: Thursday, 9:00 – 11:30 am
Imagination and inventiveness are encouraged in a relaxed atmosphere with lots of (often messy) hands-on activities, including science experiments, baking/cooking, and special art projects.

Pre-K
Extended Day

Who: Morning Pre-K
When: Monday and Wednesday, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
Expanding on the core curriculum, students are challenged to think critically and creatively during a variety of activities and special projects. This extra class time allows for reinforcement and extension of the Pre-K curriculum.

Enrichment Programs
Monthly commitments, begin in October

STEAM

Who: Morning and Afternoon Pre-K
When: Tuesday, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
Experimentation and guided learning are used to introduce students to science, technology, engineering, art and math.

Lunch Bunch

Who: Playgroup, Threes, Young Fours and Pre-K
When: Days vary and include one and two hour offerings
Students enjoy having lunch together and extra time for play and activities with friends.

Fun Fridays

Who: Young Fours and Morning Pre-K
When: Friday, 11:30 am-1:30 pm
This play-based class is a great way to end a full week of learning.  Students play games, craft, and enjoy extra play time with peers.
